ADP Consultants in 2019-2020 conducted Gap Analysis/ Environmental Compliance Audits for a confidential client’s entire power generation facilities in the Sultanate of Oman. The Environmental Audits highlighted the areas of improvement in Client’s commitment to environmental management and performance.
Subsequently, ADP provided consulting services to the client in 2020 by developing a comprehensive EMS based on the ISO 14001:2015 standard. The approach which determines an EMS was founded on the concept of Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA).
